Parents of elementary students who wish to change the mode of learning their children are currently using have until 3 p.m. on Oct. 19 to do so.

We are asking those parents to declare if they intend to change modes to either normal in-school attendance or to  at-home/remote learning by filling out a form which can be found here.

If you intend to keep your children in their current mode of learning, you do not need to fill out this form. No further action is required if you have no intentions to change modes.

This form is for parents of elementary children only. 

The secondary deadline is Nov. 2. A form for secondary parents will be distributed next week.
If your child is returning to school and requires transportation, you will need to contact your school office in order to fill out a transportation application.

نطلب من أولياء الامور  الإعلان عما إذا كانوا يرغبون تغيير الدراسة إلى الحضور العادي في المدرسة أو إلى التعلم في المنزل / عن بُعد عن طريق ملء نموذج يمكن العثور عليه هنا https://forms.gle/GJHXS6YCyTWtUBQh7 

إذا كنت تنوي إبقاء أطفالك في وضع التعلم الحالي ، فلست بحاجة إلى ملء هذا النموذج. لا يلزم اتخاذ أي إجراء آخر إذا لم تكن لديك نية لتغيير نمط الدراسة

هذا النموذج مخصص لأولياء أمور الأطفال في المرحلة الابتدائية فقط.

الموعد النهائي لطلاب المرحلة  الثانوية هو ٢ نوفمبر. سيتم توزيع استمارة لأولياء الأمور الطلاب في المرحلة  الثانوية الأسبوع المقبل.
